Genuine AMS products Impact Mills

Our micro-grinding impact mill systems are designed to be fast,  efficient, and long lasting. The freestanding 16” micro-grinding mill is designed for larger production of ultra-fine pulverization, producing as fine as 200 mesh, depending upon your material. The   11” bench unit can produce some 100 mesh fineness on the first pass! Each mill has 2 outlets for ore removal. These outlets allow you to run your ore wet or dry.  For the 11” bench unit, the ore bin, with the vacuum bag attached, collects the dry ultra-fine powder as it exits through the top outlet down through the hose. To run your material wet, use the bottom outlet (cap the top outlet).   Both mills are designed to create minimal dust leakage for environmental air control. The 2013 standard units come with carbide tipped hammers for greater wear ability and our -10 mesh metal classifier insert for on-the-spot screening while running wet ore! Available is our -20 mesh metal classifier, optional for a finer grind wet ore output.  Specification sheets available - please email or call us.
