CONCENTRATING TABLES - the Micron Mill Wave Table
The renowned "trail blazer" of concentrators...intrigued?! The M10, M8, M7 and M4 concentrating tables are in a class of their own. Rugged, dependable and safe, alluded by many as the "trail blazer" of concentrators. The unparalleled table is designed to separate virtually anything by specific gravity - gold from your black sands, scheelite, PGMs, zinc oxide and more! Most importantly, recovering micron particles as small as 5 microns (approximately 10,000 mesh). In addition, successfully used in production operations separating electronic scrap metals, working distinctively toward collecting the PGM group, scheelite, copper, garnets, zinc oxide and other minerals from your ore bodies. The first Action Micron table was built in 1982; to date more than 2000 units worldwide have been sold. M10, approximately 8tph - hydraulic drive system works at a constant motion. Unique to this table, the amount of feed can vary without critical change in the mechanical separation process. (In other systems, if your feed changes, critical changes can occur altering the separation process, thereby losing precious metals.) Safety is a standard, not an option. The hydraulic system is a separate closed loop setup ensuring no contamination in your hydraulics nor worry of oil or hydraulic fluids to mess up your table runs. Remember, screening is not as critical for the M10 as it would be for the M7 therefore you can run -40 mesh material, making a primary concentrate of 10-20X ratio. M7, approximately 1tph - can be used as a separate production finish table producing high-grade concentrates of precious metals. Efficiently separating a high percentage of gold from black sands, the M7, an extremely forgiving concentrating table, is not labor-intensive and can be adequately run by skilled workers with minimal instructions. The compatibility working of the M7 in conjunction with the M10 provides an easy and efficient mill system. M8 - same as M7 with the exception of 220V, 50 cycle motor for our overseas customers. M4, our laboratory bench model - for testing in the field or lab! Operating on a 12V battery (not included), the M4 is meant for extremely fast and accurate sample testing. It is intended for diagnostic work only, but will run up to 50 lbs. per hour.
