Pouring mold 6 depression made of cast iron. Our design 30 years old. When the assay crucible is removed from the furnace the molten slag and ore is poured into this mold.  The molten lead button immediately goes to the bottom.  When the slag has cooled merely break off the lead, beat it clean of slag and cupel.
