RETURNS & EXCHANGES – CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

All returns must be received within 15 days of invoicing, unused and in original packaging (STRICTLY ENFORCED). Return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee with freight being Customer’s responsibility. Chemicals cannot be returned. Books may be returned for in-store credit only. We value your business and would like every customer to be satisfied with each purchase. Some manufacturers require that their products be returned directly to them. No return parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD. Merchandise that is received damaged, or lost merchandise must be reported to us within 3 days. Electronic equipment must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
